Homewood Suites by Hilton Akron/Fairlawn

I had never stayed in an extended stay suite before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised by the large size of the room, the full and well-appointed kitchen, and the lovely bathroom. I didn't have time for the gym or need the laundry, but I was impressed by those, also. The room wasn't cheap, but it was lower in cost than most local alternatives, with added features such as the kitchen.

the room was as advertised and clean. The breakfast was amazing. the overall décor of the Hotel was beautiful.

The breakfast was great for hotel breakfast! The gentleman preparing the food was great! He was accommodating and made fresh muffins!! His customer service was excellent!

The large rooms were great for our family. They were side by side which was awesome!!! Towels at the pool was so nice.

When my granddaughter and I first walked into the door, we were greeted by CeeCee. She was extremely friendly, personable, fun, yet professional. She has such a wonderful spirit. My next encounter was with Paul, who was in charge of breakfast. Oh my, he is a wonderful, humble and gracious man. He went to each table to fill the drinks or to see if they needed anything; he explained what was on the menu the day; there was a wide variety of food and it was delicious; and he made a “slamming” smoothie. He asked me if I would like to try another smoothie and I said I would like to try blueberry. The next morning he had a blueberry smoothie ready for me, which was oh so good. I heard other people complimenting him for his kindness and professionalism. We need more Paul’s in the world. My last contact was with Brandy upon my departure. Although my time with her was only a couple of minutes, she was very friendly and kind. I hope that you will reach out to them to let them know how much I truly appreciated them and they are one of the reasons why I would return.
